I recently filed an insurance claim and was referred by Belair Direct to Fix Auto Whitby for repairs. What a relief. Fix Auto went above and beyond to provide fantastic customer service. Tony and the team offered to replace my taillight free of labour charges, repainted parts of my bumper and even detailed my car! Insurance claims and auto repairs can be stressful, Fix Auto couldn’t have taken better care of me as a customer. My car looks better than it did prior to the collision. Thank you Fix Auto!
Great place to deal with. Autumn at the front desk is a wonderful rep of your company. Tony helped me out after I had a short wait for a part. I would highly recommend.
Fix Auto - Whitby goes above an beyond every time I use their services. My car was written off and TD has been a nightmare, but Autumn and Tony have been AMAZING at walking me through the process and helping me stay in the loop. They even humoured my thousands of questions about trying to fix my car instead of buying new, and really explained the damages in detail to me so I could make the most informed choices. I won't ever bring my cars anywhere else.
Had to come back four seperate times to have them address issues with the repair work. After the fourth time there were still issues with the repair.. I contacted my insurance company who (after weeks of back and forth) told me to take to a shop of my own choosing. Avoid this shop.
