I took my car to get serviced and Tony was the one that took care of my car. I recommend that if you take your car here to get serviced you go to him. My car was under warranty so it was there for almost 2 weeks. But as soon as they started working on my car the job actually only took about 3 days. I just received my Dodge Caravan back from fix auto West Covina Thursday evening which was 9/11. I only found out about them because I got my car fixed at the same location about 2 years ago and they did a great job, so I went back looking of them only to find that fix auto is now the body at the location, so I gave them a try and overall the experience wasn’t that good. Absolutely phenomenal repair of the lower hatch of my trunk. Wish I could give 10 stars. I consulted at least 5 other shops and everyone else said that because the dent is on the body line it would require either an extremely expensive repair or a complete replacement and repaint of both parts of the trunk. Some said a repair wasn’t even possible. Fix Auto not only repaired the dent but also color matched everything perfectly. Don’t go anywhere else. This shop has you covered!
Fix auto was referred by my insurance company and they took care of me and my car. I was expecting like more than a month repair due to a dealership took 1 month and a half to just get my break pads but fix auto was able to fix all these in 1 week and a half. They even detail the entire interior. I would fire my dealership and fix my car here at fix auto in the future.
