Amazing Service from Darek at Autofix! Darek provided us with outstanding service — honestly, I can’t even explain how helpful he was. Customer service appears to be a weak point at this body shop. While waiting for my scheduled appointment—arranged by my insurance company—I witnessed three employees trying to explain to a customer (who had travelled from out of town) that his vehicle couldn't be repaired because the parts supplier hadn’t delivered all the necessary components.
