Customer service appears to be a weak point at this body shop. While waiting for my scheduled appointment—arranged by my insurance company—I witnessed three employees trying to explain to a customer (who had travelled from out of town) that his vehicle couldn't be repaired because the parts supplier hadn’t delivered all the necessary components. Service was great and the people are easy to deal with.
I’m extremely happy with the service. The staff (Courtney and Melanie) kept me up to date on the progress and had my vehicle back before the estimated time. And the work looks great and they detailed it for me. Would definitely go back for any needs in the future. Thanks
