Just wanted to write a review for the excellent customer service and attentiveness of the staff even though I didn't get a chance to have my car repair here. Mario the manager, Mario the service desk worker, and Erik the auto tech, Huge shoutout to them for making sure I was comfortable and ensuring they give me the best estimate for my situation without breaking my pockets. I had an amazing experience with this shop.
Just a broke college student shopping for the best deal. But I got way more than a good deal from that 'My Cousin Vinny' guy there, with the gold chain. Couldn't stop laughing at the character but then realize this guy can explain body shop like I'm 5 and with more passion than my college professors.
Fix Auto South San Jose did a very good job repairing my 2016 Lexus SUV. They work seamlessly with my insurance company and the rental car company and saved a lot of my time and efforts.
