Mike and Jaime at Fix Auto were great. It has been a while since having to go through a accident claim process. I have Geico so I used the Auto Xpress service. I was nervous at the beginning not knowing which shop to pick from their network. Everyone at the shop was so helpful and friendly. They sent text with updates on when my car may be ready and when the car was fixed. They were also very helpful with getting and returning my car rental. When I went to pick up my car it looked brand new after getting side swiped. My Lexus RX was repaired here by Roland. Great value for the workmanship provided and they worked well with my insurance. I had damage to the front that my insurance repaired and the opposite side dent was out of my pocket but they gave me a great deal and it looks amazing! I see that they do work on lexury vehicles which was nice and they provide a lifetime warranty for piece of mind. Thank you guys!
