Everyone at the shop was so helpful and friendly. They sent text with updates on when my car may be ready and when the car was fixed. They were also very helpful with getting and returning my car rental. When I went to pick up my car it looked brand new after getting side swiped. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs to get their car fixed. Thank you so much!
My Lexus RX was repaired here by Roland. Great value for the workmanship provided and they worked well with my insurance. I had damage to the front that my insurance repaired and the opposite side dent was out of my pocket but they gave me a great deal and it looks amazing! I see that they do work on lexury vehicles which was nice and they provide a lifetime warranty for piece of mind. Thank you guys!
Great customer service. Between the shop and my insurance they made the process so simple. I was involved in a hit and run where they broke my right mirror and scratched both doors. I was expecting they buffed the scratches and fixed mirror but when i picked up car it looks brand new! I was honestly shocked at the great work they did. They even vacuumed my car which I appreciate. They took extra steps to satisfy my customer service experience. Very kind and professional gentlemen. Definitely recommend.
