This is my first time using this body shop and my experience overall was top notch and enjoyable. Everything was seamless and I was even able to have the rental car agency show up before I was even finished with my drop off paper work. Along the way every of the process i was informed of the steps and what the next process was. Hopefully I dont have to have anymore bodywork done but if I do I will defiantly come back. Thank you again for everyone that had a hand in fixing my wife's car. Even those who are behind the scenes.
What a truly amazing experience at this Fix Auto shop!! If you need any body work done to your vehicle, I would definitely recommend this place 10/10!!! Roland Jim was such a pleasure to work with. This place was amazing I was involved in an accident and I my insurance sent me a list of places and of course I looked at all the reviews and fix auto South San Diego off main street. Bill gave me a run down of what to expect and gave me an estimated time frame during the repair the entire staff was respectful and professional I have no complaints and the repair is perfect I got my car back clean like nothing happened. I would highly recommend this location they exceeded every expectation.
Mike and Jaime at Fix Auto were great. It has been a while since having to go through a accident claim process. I have Geico so I used the Auto Xpress service. I was nervous at the beginning not knowing which shop to pick from their network.
