This is my first time using this body shop and my experience overall was top notch and enjoyable. Everything was seamless and I was even able to have the rental car agency show up before I was even finished with my drop off paper work. Along the way every of the process i was informed of the steps and what the next process was. Hopefully I dont have to have anymore bodywork done but if I do I will defiantly come back. Thank you again for everyone that had a hand in fixing my wife's car. Even those who are behind the scenes.
What a truly amazing experience at this Fix Auto shop!! If you need any body work done to your vehicle, I would definitely recommend this place 10/10!!! Roland Jim was such a pleasure to work with. Took my car in for repairs through my insurance. Process was very smooth from dropping the car off, being picked up for my rental and picking up the car within a couple of days. Cas we returned as new because they even took the time to wash it and detail it. Overall one of the best experiences both in customer service and professionalism. 10 stars for Michael and George. They both were extremely helpful in getting me in and out as quick as possible.
This place was amazing I was involved in an accident and I my insurance sent me a list of places and of course I looked at all the reviews and fix auto South San Diego off main street. Bill gave me a run down of what to expect and gave me an estimated time frame during the repair the entire staff was respectful and professional I have no complaints and the repair is perfect I got my car back clean like nothing happened. I would highly recommend this location they exceeded every expectation.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t recommend Fix Auto South San Diego enough. They repaired my 2025 Toyota Tacoma and it honestly came back looking brand new.
