Had a really great experience at this auto body shop. The front desk staff named, Neesha was especially outstanding friendly, welcoming, and very professional. She handled everything smoothly and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. Excellent customer service like this really what makes a difference!!

I had work done at fix Auto last summer after an accident. The quality of workmanship both mechanically and visually were absolutely perfect. I had aftermarket parts that they were able to salvage and my hood decal (Factory) had a blemish, in which they replaced, no charge. The staff was absolutely amazing and I would recommend this place wholeheartedly. They are very close to where I live so it’s also very convenient and their turnaround was very fast.

Horrible experience here. The front desk employee Nisha is rude and seems like she hates being there. She made me feel like I was inconveniencing her by simply coming in. I was having body work done under an insurance claim. They told my insurance 8 days to complete and in barely 48 hours called to tell me it was done. She then proceeded to tell me that there was only 1 part still missing and that I could just pop back any time and have them put it on my car. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!! I called yesterday for a quote on my front bumper, the person asked me if I was going through my insurance or paying myself..I told him i wasn't sure, BUT THAT'S NONE OF HIS BUSINESS!! AND THEN HE WANTED TO CHARGE ME $75 FOR THEM TO GIVE ME A QUOTE!! STAY AWAY FROM HERE AND GO TO A REPUTABLE PLACE THAT DOESN'T CHARGE YOU FOR A QUOTE

I had an absolutely amazing experience with this FixAuto location. After my car was damaged in an accident, the team worked with me for over six months to get it repaired. Ahsan, who I believe is a manager, was especially outstanding throughout the entire process. My insurance company was incredibly difficult to deal with and kept delaying approvals for repairs, but Ahsan remained professional, supportive, and incredibly helpful every step of the way.
