I had an absolutely amazing experience with this FixAuto location. After my car was damaged in an accident, the team worked with me for over six months to get it repaired. Ahsan, who I believe is a manager, was especially outstanding throughout the entire process. My insurance company was incredibly difficult to deal with and kept delaying approvals for repairs, but Ahsan remained professional, supportive, and incredibly helpful every step of the way. I was rear ended twice. First time, they took more than one month to fix a damage which must not take more than two days. This was Toyota camry 2017 so parts shouldn't be an excuse. Extremely ineffective and unprofessional service and staff. Customer service is extremely poor since they never bothered to call a customer and update about the repair. I had my car repaired here after a fender bender. They did an excellent job, kept me updated on their progress, and even let me know of some issues to address with my car to prevent future problems. Very helpful. Would absolutely recommend their service. Excellent job. Thank you.
Absolutely Terrible Experience - Avoid at All Costs! I rarely leave negative reviews, as a business owner I know how important reviews are for a business. That being said this particular business needs to do much much better. My experience at Fix Auto was so profoundly disappointing that I feel compelled to warn others.
