If I could give them a 0 I would. Terrible shop, they inflated the estimate, their original estimate was just over $1,600, my insurance agreed to pay and have it fixed. Then it jumped to almost $5,000 once my vehicle got there. Saying other parts were damaged like my headlight being cracked, it wasn't, my grill was damaged, it wasn't. Saying I need a bumper reinforcement bar, nothing was wrong with it. My insurance told me my vehicle was a total loss! Had a really great experience at this auto body shop. The front desk staff named, Neesha was especially outstanding friendly, welcoming, and very professional. She handled everything smoothly and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. Excellent customer service like this really what makes a difference!!
I had work done at fix Auto last summer after an accident. The quality of workmanship both mechanically and visually were absolutely perfect. I had aftermarket parts that they were able to salvage and my hood decal (Factory) had a blemish, in which they replaced, no charge. The staff was absolutely amazing and I would recommend this place wholeheartedly. They are very close to where I live so it’s also very convenient and their turnaround was very fast.
Horrible experience here. The front desk employee Nisha is rude and seems like she hates being there. She made me feel like I was inconveniencing her by simply coming in. I was having body work done under an insurance claim. They told my insurance 8 days to complete and in barely 48 hours called to tell me it was done. She then proceeded to tell me that there was only 1 part still missing and that I could just pop back any time and have them put it on my car.
