My car was given back to me and still has 8 pending issues. They took my deductible and told me they'd call me when their schedule allowed it. They have a car salesman there trying to sell you on their errors. Take your business elsewhere.
Horrible experience, first tried giving us the car with blemishes in the paint then now three months later the paint is peeling. This is a scam shop. Steer clear at all costs.
Thank God for Fix Auto Redlands. These folks are all about communication and great workmanship. My Mustang looks brand new after the stellar job repairing the front bumper and mirror. The Redfire pearl paint is an EXACT match. From start to finish these folks delivered on service, coordinating scheduling and paperwork, including the rental car. Mike runs a fine shop. I strongly recommend FIX AUTO REDLANDS.
Jason, the geico representative that is there, was not professional in my opinion. He talked down to me like I was an idiot and I had the worst experience.
Someone hit my brand new car, and I decided to take it here, I have an extremely hard paint color to match and they did it. From the moment I walked in the door to drop my car off everyone was wonderful and helpful. Mike was super friendly and I can't thank him enough for the job him and his team did. I couldn't even tell my door was damaged at all.
