An absolutely terrible business. They took a whole month to replace my damaged bumper bar and to repaint four panels on my car. I was told the job would take "up to one week". When I collected my car they charged me more than they originally quoted, and I wasn't contacted beforehand to be advised of and authorise the additional charges. Who does this?? They are really unorganised. Our vehicle was booked in for repair for three months and then they had it for a month without working on it for weeks. Then they tell us they don't have the parts!
The team at Fix Auto Port Macquarie were fantastic with my recent Tesla repair. Great communication, really friendly and the car looks fantastic.
