I am beyond happy with my experience at Fix It Auto Body, they were so helpful, I had to bring my car in after a collision and it was ready in two weeks. I was updated frequently on the status of my vehicle and when I picked it up, it was good as new! Staff is great, and helpful! I will definitely recommend this business to my friends and family.
Fast and friendly 10 min after insurance call The service called me to schedule my appointment in half an hour. My car was in the shop after 30 minutes of the call three days and I got my car back. They did a beautiful job spotless no complaints. Probably the best experience I had for years highly recommend at any time. Customer service is excellent as well. I don’t give reviews easily. I’m convinced they are one of the best in the desert.
Fix Auto Palm Desert was super professional and clear about the process. This was my first time taking my car in to get a repair so I didnt know what to expect. They took care of me well and didn’t assume I already knew what was going to happen. The only critique I have is informing me late about a part delay.
