Staff is very friendly and explained everything in detail. Arranged reservation for rental company for pickup and drop off. Vehicle was ready when they said it would be and the work was phenomenal, highly recommended!

I had a terrible experience with this shop and would highly not recommend it. The parking lot is so cramped that people end up slamming their doors, and Fix Auto refuses to take responsibility, instead shifting the blame onto you. We noticed multiple door slams, not just one. If your insurance company suggests this shop, do yourself a favor and go with an authorized service provider instead. These guys are not worth the hassle. They are not good in estimating the car accident which is referred by an insurance company. Parts are not originally estimated always aftermarket. They are estimating your car value by year and mileage. Not thinking about parts and repairing services. Behaviour like; I am charging the mechanic not the insurance company or it look like they have shares with insurance company.
