Thank you, Fix Auto! Everything from the moment of my collision and my call to our insurance company, to pickup of my car, went smoothly. Fast, efficient, thorough, and the end result of a perfect finish. I feared endless inconvenience, but was pleasantly surprised with the ease of the process. Regular text alerts to inform me of the process and a seamless rental experience. Olivia was kind and professional and extremely knowledgeable about the details of the mechanics of the repairs.
I had two vehicles damaged in a sandstorm, Everything on the exterior needed to be redone including paint, all the glass, emblems, and any other part that was replaceable on the exterior. Fix Auto, and especially Tina, their person that does vehicle check in and inspections and determines what is needing repair, surprised me again and again with there professionalism and going above and beyond attitude. I would, and do, highly recommend them to anyone that has a need for auto-body work.
