Too bad this is ford bodyshop, worst customer service, they gave me a quote few month ago and when I came back to get updated quote they said they won't repair my vehicle. I even complained to the manager who quoted me the first time, haha she said u better go back to the bodyshop who repaired your car. (My car had an accident when I bought it, it was repaired by someone who did a bad paint job, what a hard job you have to replace a door shell and repaint!)

I got into an accident a few weeks ago and decided to use one of the recommended auto body shops from my insurance…Both Kelly & James provided excellent customer service, were very helpful and personable. All in all great experience and good workmanship on my CRV, looks like new. Definitely recommend Fix Auto Oakville for any auto body repairs.

Service was extremely professional with knowledgeable, caring that properly explained all the processes, paper work and details. I was provided regular updares and the vehicle was ready In advance of the promise date. Kelly and her team are awesome to deal with.
