Have, unfortunately, been there twice in the last 3 years. What is fortunate is they have exceptional customer service and when they say your car will be done in 10 business days, you better believe it. George was great every step of the way, and my Jeep looks brand new. I hope I don't ever have to go back there, but know I am in capable hands if I do.
I had a very mixed experience with Fix Auto Oakville Central. My vehicle was sent here through my insurance company after a hit-and-run last October, which caused damage to the front-left fender, wheel, and driver-side door. Car has been under repair for almost 3 months, the staff have been absolutely amazing and helpful. Always communicated with me everything. Kelly has been absolutely fantastic, and the gentlemen in the back as well who fixed my car up helped so much to make this a smooth process.
