This place is amazing. I just picked up my car and I could not be more impressed. I dropped it off Thursday morning, they said it would be ready Monday, Tuesday at the latest. It was finished Friday evening, the day after I dropped it off! Wow! They were replacing my back bumper and that looked good but it was everything else that impressed me. I was very impressed with this shop. They fixed my car in five days. My car looks great. Staff (Martin and Bobby) were very knowledgeable, helpful, and patient answering all my questions. Customer Service (Erika) was efficient and a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely recommend this shop to others. Five out of five stars. Top notch.
My experience was great dealing with all the staff of fix auto. Mickey handled everything I could have asked for and more on the business end. I’m not an easy customer to please especially when it comes to my vehicles. They took great care of me and my car and I couldn’t be more appreciative. We took our 2018 Lexus to Fix Auto Modesto. The entire Fix Auto team was courteous, kept us informed during the repair process and delivered the car on time and back to “as new” condition. Thx again for a “five star” experience !!
