Amazing customer service and care. Our suburban was broken into on Mother's Day and Larry at Fix Auto has made a bad situation much better. He's gone the extra mile to ensure our car is safe and ready to go for family trip this coming weekend. He was prompt with his estimate and went out of his way to complete the work within a few days. I went there for an estimate on my car, and Larry Bragg helped me. He said he worked there for 17 years there, but he was without profer knowledge on car. I asked him that after accident my car rattles little at the stop sign, and he said that I bought a car like that. Moreover he gave me the look that I am lying to him to fix my car more because insurance company pays anyway which I never do that.
