UPDATE: The day after posting my review I was contacted by the shop manager apologizing for the delays in repair. They offered to subsidize a rental vehicle until all repairs are done - estimation of another 4 weeks. Original Post: My car was stolen and recovered with damages estimated to be minor, requiring 10 days for repair. It has now been 3.5 months and my car is still being repaired. The team was quick to get me in, even though I didn’t have an appointment and painted the door to perfectly match the rest of the car. Great experience overall at Preferred Collision. The staff were professional, courteous, and made sure I was taken care of. While it did take a few visits to get everything fully resolved, they were always willing to help and made sure the job was done right in the end. I appreciate their dedication to customer satisfaction and would definitely recommend them!
