Great and rapid service!
Front end damage. My f-150 was done a few days earlier than expected, but more importantly the repairs exceeded expectations. My truck looks terrific, I plan on keeping it for a long time, so I really appreciate the care and effort put into my truck. To my surprise, when I picked it up it was also detailed!
Preferred Collision did a fabulous job with my Honda Odyssey. When my insurance agent consistently dropped the ball in terms of communication, Kory (Preferred appraiser) kept me up to speed on every step of the process. They delivered my vehicle back to me in pristine condition and in a timely manner, in spite of the uncertainty presented by the looming threat of automobile tariffs. I would certainly use Preferred again for any of my body shop needs.....highly recommended!
