I needed to get my front bumper replaced and I was very impressed with both the quality of work/expertise, and care I received at Preferred Collision at 683 Gardiners Rd. Took my truck in for an estimate. Had a replacement fender which was new to paint and take old fender off and new one unstalled. Felt from the beginning they didnt want my business. Not enough money for them to make. That was Thursday, promised a quote by 6pm. Itd now friday and they r closed, no quote. Won't waist anymore time with them.
First time dealing with them. From start to finish was smooth. Dropped van off on a Sunday and was updated with estimates, time frame and work via text as requested. The team is very friendly and attentive. My van looks fabulous, they even cleaned the inside for me and I appreciate that. Thank you all so much. I hope no more accidents but, if it were to happen I’d gladly bring my business back!
