Had my bumper replaced by them about 4 months ago. The turnover was quick, only a couple of days. They also have a lifetime warranty on what they fixed as long as you own the car, which is nice. I've brought my car because because of scrapes or scratches on my bumper and they fixed it right away. They are extrmely attentive and will help you in any way they can. Getting into an accident is stressful enough, but Garret made the whole estimate and repair process easy. He stayed in touch with both me and my insurance company. My vehicle was in the shop for about 8 days. Really appreciated the communication and overall customer service. Hopefully I don’t need body work again anytime soon, but if I do I’d definitely come back here.
Mr. Garret was beyond helpful while my car was at the shop being repaired. He reached out to me daily for updates on my car and reached out to my insurance and myself for all potential concerns found. He was patient and assisted in all regards with my cars repair.
Fix Auto provided me with exceptional service. Not only did they immediately order the necessary replacement part but also took care of installation in a timely and very professional manner. My car looked brand new. I would highly recommend them for any repair issue.
