Don’t trust them. My bill came back double what the estimate was and it took twice as long to fix it. Half the time they had it they weren’t actually working on it. When I called to ask about the bill they said it’s an estimate, which is fine. They said they estimated what they could see but they knew there was stuff they could n’t see that would need replacing, but they didn’t account for that in the estimate or tell us that. We went with them as they were the most competitive quote we had, now I see why.

My license plate fell off in the car wash and I was really worried as I saw rust in the screw hole under the plate. I called FixAuto and they said I could come in so they could take a look and assess what needed to be done. Anxious, I headed out to FixAuto and within moments of meeting their team my fears were put to rest. They quickly suggested a fix and within 30 minutes I was on my way, my license plate back where it was supposed to be. It was such a pleasant hassle free experience. I’m so thankful I found them.

I was nervous because my insurance company had them be both the appraiser and the repairer. No need to be - they were great and did the job well, the repair looks good, and they also helped me get back and forth with the rental car my insurance covered. Excellent experience all around and staff were very nice.
