At first glance, I was happy with how my car looked when I picked it up. The receptionist was super friendly. However, after taking a closer look, I noticed more dents and scratches than I remember being there when I dropped it off. What’s even more frustrating is that there’s now an issue with my door handle that wasn’t a problem before that can’t be fixed…I now have to take time out of my own schedule to go to Toyota and have it looked at and fixed. We had an excellent experience with Fix Auto Guelph! The staff is professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They kept us informed throughout the whole process and completed the repairs faster than expected and most importantly with a very high quality. We couldn’t be more satisfied with the whole process. Highly recommend for anyone in need of a reliable and efficient auto body repair facility!
