The make you sign a damage release that states, even if their people damage your car, they are not responsible. They totaled my car, stating more damage than there was. When I bought back from Ins co. They towed it from Jim and Jack's (Fix It Auto) and the rear bumper and other parts were missing. All damage to car was at the front.
