The owner of Fix Auto Daly City Marvic Vila is an extremely rude and mean woman. They don't provide proper documentation to customers. I just picked up my car from the second Body Shop. They found a lot of missed/unprofessional/incorrect work that "Fix Auto Daly City" did for me. Fix Auto Daly City basically ripped StateFarm off big time. Brought my car in for a scheduled appointment for an estimate. The owner started taking photos of the car and when she didn’t take a photo of the mirror portion that was disconnected from the A pillar I let her know the main damage was there and that she probably needed a photo of that as the mirror housing is all she took a photo of. She got upset, didn’t take the photo and told me she’d send me an estimate. A few days later I called back and found out she refused to service the car.
