Claims estimator underbid the other 2 estimates by almost 300$, and the estimator would not agree to use NEW parts as a part of my auto body repair, and argued with me because he said he “works with USAA” and “my car is more than 2 years old, so USAA won’t approve new car parts”..in other words, he found the cheapest parts to use as repair, even though the accident was at no fault of my own and I requested NEW parts!
