Fix Auto in Chico took my mangled, smashed vehicle and turned it into a new, beautiful ride! The work they did was flawless, I could really tell how much effort they put into getting it done right. The paint job and workmanship is incredible. I have received many compliments on the vehicle since I got it back. Fix Auto was timely, knowledgeable and walked me through all the details. I was blown away at their thoroughness, care, and professionalism.
The team at Fix Auto fixed a crumpled fender on my daughters car. Can’t believe how perfect it came out. Can’t tell anything happened. Everything was done perfect, even the calibration sensors. Don’t know how they did it. But I would recommend Fix Auto for any repair needed. Today I went in after I was rear ended in my Chevy. Me and the driver, who hit my car exchanged info. the accident occurred while he was trying to park and I was loading my children and dog. I called my insurance and they sent me to this collision company. Once I got there the guy doing the estimate starts out with if your shopping around he doesn't have time. Then he looks and said there is no damage. After being affected by the camp fire and my only means of survival gets damaged.

Beautiful repair with the greatest of care. The shop quickly responded to USAA and had the estimate approved, scheduled the work immediately and then repaired my truck to look brand new again. I received text alerts every day on progress and phone calls from the owner to keep me updated. If you need a ride they'll give you one. They washed my vehicle inside and out! This is one happy customer, and more importantly, one happy husband.
