This was my first time using FixIt Auto. The entire FixIt Auto team was INCREDIBLE. Maria at the front desk was one of the most helpful people I have ever dealt with in the customer service business. I had a rental car from Hertz and since they aren't doing drop offs due to COVID, she offered to have one of the FIXIt guys come get me. I didn't need it but what an offer. Very professional, updated me often on repair status, repairs done when expected. They even picked up and delivered my car back to me because I had a concern about going out to McGraph and taking Uber/Lyft during COVID-19. THANK YOU for the extra valet service!!!!

First thing you ask a customer. Shouldn’t be “ where is your boyfriend” I felt completely uncomfortable. And he automatically thought I didn’t have 10K on me. Absolutely do not recommend. If you’re a female don’t even go alone.
