Wanted $100.00 to give me a quote for a minor repair. No other body shop that I received quotes from required this. Absolutely ridiculous!!!
I waited more than six months before writing this review (Should have given 0 stars if I could) to give the company ample opportunity to resolve the issues and complete the repairs. Unfortunately, my experience with Fix Auto Cambridge was extremely disappointing. Following a hit-and-run accident in November 2025, my insurance company recommended Fix Auto Cambridge. Honestly, the car doesn’t look bad, but let me tell you!!!! OMG!!!! Don’t take your car there, I had stone chips all over hood, roof, quarter panel, and front bumper and grill. It was an insurance job, told 2-3 weeks to repaint! 6 weeks later and twice they told me I had to pay for extra work, that was covered by insurance. Then they had to do a four wheel alignment before they would calibrate the sensors to the new windshields, why are they driving my car for a paint job, and to me the car was only 3 months old! **BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY** I felt compelled to write this review after the horrible experience I had dealing with this company. I brought my car in on November 10, 2025 to get repaired after a hit and run. This shop was recommended by my insurance company since I did not know if any local body shops, I took the recommendation. I was told the repair would be 5 business days.
