Very bad experience with them. I put my cat for repairs its minor repairing they take 2 months and 5 day for repair.they send me msg this date your vehicle ready . Then I call that day they say it’s take to more days . 15 days time repairing they take more then 2 months.. after so many call they fix my car I go for pickup not proper wash . Very disappointing service. Not recommended at all
Well the fine people at fox auto made a hard time easier. I was involved in a hit and run and needed some work done on my car. They handled everything, a car rental and delt with insurance. They even detailed my interior. What a great team , I hope I don’t need them again but if I do I know they will take care of me.
I really enjoyed using fix auto's service my vehicle was done 5 days earlier then estimated and the auto body workers were very friendly and knowledgeable.
I would strongly recommend that anyone think twice before bringing their vehicle here. I brought my car to this shop through my insurance after I was hit by another driver. When I arrived to pick it up, I immediately noticed that my vehicle had been damaged while it was in their care. Instead of receiving an explanation or an apology, I was met with hostility.
