Well the fine people at fox auto made a hard time easier. I was involved in a hit and run and needed some work done on my car. They handled everything, a car rental and delt with insurance. They even detailed my interior. What a great team , I hope I don’t need them again but if I do I know they will take care of me.
I really enjoyed using fix auto's service my vehicle was done 5 days earlier then estimated and the auto body workers were very friendly and knowledgeable.
I would strongly recommend that anyone think twice before bringing their vehicle here. I brought my car to this shop through my insurance after I was hit by another driver. When I arrived to pick it up, I immediately noticed that my vehicle had been damaged while it was in their care. Instead of receiving an explanation or an apology, I was met with hostility. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! These guys went above and beyond when fixing my car! They helped me with my insurance company to make sure my car was properly fixed! They then buffed out some sap that was on my car for a while. They did such an amazing job I am SO THANKFUL for that! Ashley did an AMAZING job THANK YOU Ashley!
