Fix Auto has been a nightmare. They’ve taken forever to fix my car, barely respond to calls or messages, and never give clear updates. I would not recommend them to anyone.
My go to place for 20yrs now, after a local car dealership owner, squash sports buddy, recommended i go here. They seamlessly work with my Insurance company & the rental car company for pickup and drop offs. As a fix and repair home motor guy for many years, always the critical eyeball on any vehicle repair and paint work. Very calming after a road or rock chip incident, knowing the repair outcome could not be better!
The staff and crew at FixAuto Burlington have been nothing short of fantastic. They are friendly, efficient, and truly care about their customers. I have gone to them on 2 separate occasions and have been blown away by not only the service but also the quality of work I have received. They keep you informed and provide updates in a timely manner, especially given the stressful nature of car repairs. Requested a quote and never got back to me. Would avoid as they seem unprofessional.
My car was repaired with excellent quality workmanship and it took an extra day but they made sure my front bumper skirt was correct as the first didn't fit properly and they brought in a different one. Car looks great again and I highly recommend them for any vehicle damage. If you ask Helena she may even have a joke of the day to make you laugh.
