**Poor experience at Fix It Auto in Burlington**. So I recently dropped by Fix It on Mainway and asked for an estimate to repair my vehicle. The Tech, Alex, comes out to look at my car. He proceeded to go on the ground, on his back (not under the vehicle though, safety is important). He then proceeded to do something, saying he is committed and then boom!! the issue is fixed. i was shocked. i had driven with that issue for 2 years and Alex fixed it in under 5 mins. Great experience with the team at FIX. They got me in very quickly for my vehicles repair and completed it ahead of schedule. Vehicle looks as good as new.
Fix Auto gave me and my car the attention and time for my hit and run damage. They were timely, efficient and very kind and understanding. If I ever needed anything fixed when it comes to a collision... I would most definitely recommend with great pleasure Fix Auto Burlington. Hands down.
