I was ultimately dissatisfied with my experience and, unfortunately, could not in good faith recommend this shop to others. I chose Alves based on its positive reviews, but in hindsight, I wish I had gotten estimates from a few other collision repair shops before having my truck repaired after a tire blowout while towing our fifth wheel.
