However, info from the owner about the tow truck driver’s ability to drop off the vehicle after hours was incorrect. Also, info given over the phone about how I was to authorize the repair was also incorrect. Though there were unavoidable delays because it was the holiday season and acquiring parts was complicated for the model of car I have, those at Fix Auto handled everything very well.
