0 Star : My Experience Your app texted updates about our car's status - they were incorrect. I called to confirm the car would be ready to pick up - we arrived, it was not ready. In fact, it had not even been started on. The app never updated the car's status, so I had to keep calling for updates. When I arrived to pick the car up, I was left waiting in the lobby for 15 minutes with interaction from any staff.
