We currently had FIX auto repair our car door from an accident-that cost $5519.15...The door had been fixed-yet 2 stone chips 2 inches above the scrape couldnt have been fixed at the same time.??? Seriously- they said 'because it was not a part of the accident". For that kind of money- you would think that FIX auto would strive for better service. Now I have to fix the minor chips myself.
I have been waiting nearly 4 weeks for a repair estimate to be submitted to my insurance provider. In the first week, I was told they just needed to transfer the information to the insurance forms (initially the estimate was done for the party who hit me, as they wanted me to avoid going through insurance).
