We currently had FIX auto repair our car door from an accident-that cost $5519.15...The door had been fixed-yet 2 stone chips 2 inches above the scrape couldnt have been fixed at the same time.??? Seriously- they said 'because it was not a part of the accident". For that kind of money- you would think that FIX auto would strive for better service. Now I have to fix the minor chips myself.
I have been waiting nearly 4 weeks for a repair estimate to be submitted to my insurance provider. In the first week, I was told they just needed to transfer the information to the insurance forms (initially the estimate was done for the party who hit me, as they wanted me to avoid going through insurance). On the second week, the insurance provider also followed up and they were told it would be completed by Friday. Wow, when the moment you walked in you are welcomed you know that this is going to be a place. It’s gonna take care of you. Family is definitely their priority. And Todd at novas glass is top notch.
I got into a little fender bender in a parking lot not too long ago. Although my pride and car were damaged in the process, Brenda and the team and Fix Auto got me all fixed up! They fixed my car and the person I hit’s car within a very reasonable time frame, and they were just lovely to deal with! I cannot say enough good things about them, I definitely recommend going there if the worst happens!
