Contacted as south end location ghosted me. Assured would be taken care of and sent original quote for repair. After some time told that there were people away being the reason for no response for quote with repair with this location. Still waiting for estimator to attend location to deliver quote. Unfortunate.
Insurance company brought my vehicle to their south end location, very dissatisfied with the end result. Poor repair job, interior completely filthy, not how I left it at all. No quality, care or respect put into the work done. Poor communication, almost 2 months without a vehicle. Would avoid this place at all costs.
I had a really disappointing experience with this auto body repair shop. I brought my car in for what should have been a straightforward repair after a minor accident, but it turned into a headache. We currently had FIX auto repair our car door from an accident-that cost $5519.15...The door had been fixed-yet 2 stone chips 2 inches above the scrape couldnt have been fixed at the same time.??? Seriously- they said 'because it was not a part of the accident". For that kind of money- you would think that FIX auto would strive for better service. Now I have to fix the minor chips myself.
