Do not waste your time. Go to somewhere that can manage their bookings. I would give it a zero star if that is an option. We booked an appointment a week ago for a service on 10/14 at 1:30pm. This place sent us a confirmation text message. All of a sudden in the morning of that day, a woman called us insisting that they do not have time for us. Had my 2019 Honda crashed into and my insurance had me take it to Fix Auto. They did a really great job fixing my SUV and they washed and vacuumed the inside of my car after repairs were done which was AWESOME!! My car looks amazing like nothing ever happened. I’d defiantly use them again
They are always very polite explained everything in a clear way. Really puntual when they give you an estimate time of repair, very reliable. If for whatever reason is going to be more time than the estimate they will comunícate immediately with you. To me they deserve 5 stars. Great job a very satisfied customer
They were super clean, nice, did what I needed them to do, and were early!
They are very friendly and helpful. They don’t keep your car longer than it needs to be there. And are cheaper most other auto shops.
