J&JCC is the best body shop in the area. Their customer service is impeccable and this has been carried through during pandemic. They are accommodating, quick, professional, friendly and deliver best in class quality with their work. I bring in my Tesla for all body shop needs here. I recommend them to my friends, family and colleagues. I even drive up from Laguna Beach to bring my vehicles to them for care regardless of extent (simple scratch or major collision).
Excellent work and exceptional customer satisfaction. I own two cars and both have required repairs. One of the cars has been in the shop on two different occasions. With each repair, over a period of 3 1/2 years, D'anca's Auto Body quoted an extremely fair price, stuck to the timeline needed for the repairs and each time I picked up the car, it was repaired beyond what I thought a repair shop could achieve. They've damaged my interior beyond repair by styoring car parts INSIDE my vehicle. I've never seen anything like it. And they gave my car back in its damaged condition, not even bothering to take note of the gouges in the leather. They sent a guy to fix it, who caused the leather to crack and dry out. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU VALUE QUALITY!
OK, I admit I’ve been in a few accidents. So I’ve also had some experience with body shops. Some really bad ones! But I’ve never had an experience like I had recently at Ronald’s Body Shop. I really like my car, a 2013 Scion FRS, so I was hopeful that Ronald would be able to put it back together in an acceptable fashion. We have been going to Jim and Jacks for years, most recently for a repair from someone bumping our Prius passenger door in a parking lot. They have always been friendly, on time, reasonably priced, and do a great job with updating on the status of the quote or repair. Also very convenient from most locations in the beach cities.
After visiting a couple places and getting discouraged about the quotes and what was needed to repair my car door I went to this small shop. I am so glad I did. Though George agreed with the other places about the extent of the repair needed he did provide me with an alternative way to save money. The guys at JIM and JACK's are awesome and did a great job! I had my coilovers installed in my BMW. I was able to check their past works and they're all amazing. Highly recommended for those who need any work from suspension to bodywork, vinyling, etc . TWO thumbs up!!!
Absolutely great! It's an Auto Body Shop that will really take care of car. They are quick yet very keen to every details. I can say that I am now a regular client of Jim and Jack's. I would highly recommend Jim and Jack's Collision Center to everyone!
