Where do I begin? The installer that came to the house "only" spoke Spanish. The technician wasn't on time for the first appointment and did not complete the job on Day 1. We were told he would be back the next day. The next day I called at 11am, since we hadn't heard from anyone, they said soon. At 2pm, then 3pm, then 4pm I called, and still no "truthful" answer about his making it at all that day. Rocky arrived to look at our residential driveway gate after it started responding inconsistently to the remote and keypad. George handled a garage door service in Tualatin and took the time to inspect the opener, rollers, springs, and safety sensors before making any adjustments. The door had been moving unevenly and making a noticeable amount of noise, but after the service the movement became much smoother and quieter. He also checked the remote response and made sure the system completed several cycles properly. Everything feels dependable again, and the overall service was careful and professional.

The technician restored the settings and made sure the gate could operate safely in both directions. He also explained how to use the manual release if the same situation happened again. The visit was useful, clear, and handled with... read more
