Worst tow company I ever worked with. AAA sent them to my house, the driver showed up late, went to the wrong house and as i walked outside to wave him over he just left. He was on my block for maybe a minute. Got AAA to send him back, he shows up yelling at me that he tried calling and we didnt answer. I explained that was a lie, I saw him in the truck he wasnt on his phone calling anyone, he simply showed up and left. My phone was in my hand as i stood on my curb trying to wave him over. There is not one negative thing I could say about Fix A Dent. The entire team was AMAZING! The entire process drop off to pick up was the best customer service I have received in these situations. When I dropped off my SUV they had a rental SUV waiting for me right in front making the switch over super fast. When I picked up my car I was shocked at the work they did. Seeing how bad the damage was I never thought my front end would look brand new again and It did. I highly recommend this business for all your car needs!
