Stay away! Stay away! Stay away! These people are unprofessional as unprofessional can get. How about returning phone calls and texts in a reasonable amount of time or at all. Mind you they've had my ps4 since May 14. And still do. Won't answer the phone and they're closed during regular business hours. What kind of BS is that?
