This review is for the woman who answers the phone during business hours (unfortunately, I didn’t get her name). This company handles my neighborhood’s HOA and to be honest I have no idea what they actually do. I would love to have a key card to get into the pool I pay an HOA fee every month but after several months they still haven’t been able to provide one. Absolutely useless. Two weeks to respond to an email and they provide nothing but excuses.

Hello, I’d like to give a HUGE shout out to Dawn, Andy and May for helping us get our accounts straightened out. We had been making two payments to one account. With their help we were able to get everything straightened out and posted properly. Dawn has worked very hard to make a smooth transition moving accounts to Vesta from another agency.
