If I could give this place zero stars I would I’ve lived here five years and we’ve never had any grass and that’s part of my HOA which is almost $1000 a month. This place is not taken care of at all and the HOA fees are ridiculous. You don’t get nothing. The president of this building doesn’t do anything to help the residence when I moved in here. We had a nice cabana by the pool and it got tore down by the hurricane and that was two years ago and it’s never been replaced ever and that’s not right they just don’t take care o... read more
Just called and spoke to a woman who would not provide her name she hung up on me 2:02 PM 11/13/2025 and will now not pick up the phone. I have been emailing with no response. I called back over and over she picked up again and hung up at 2:06. These workers are trash and us home owners are here paying the price for it.,
My building is managed by Vesta and David Troy is my building manager at The Wave! He is superb at his job maintaining this building! He definitely always goes above and beyond!
