I waited a few days before posting because I needed to be clear about my review. Its a long review, so buckle up! This place has a great atmosphere and the staff is very nice. This is the 2 star. The appointment was for a perm for a teenage boy. Its all the rage again. I understood that it would be pricey. I accepted that. However when I get there they up the price (second quote) and ask if I am okay with that? I moved mountains to be able to get to the appointment with my son at the alotted time. Claudia is amazing!! She’s so gentle, so informative, and genuinely cares about her clients, their goals, and their health. I’ve gone to her for facials, skin treatments, brow tints, waxes, and lash lifts. She’s the only person I trust with my brows and lashes. She does a phenomenal job every single time.

First time visiting the salon for color and highlights, and it did not come out the way I wanted it. I may not have explained what I wanted well enough. I felt bad having to complain, but their response was amazing and they booked me to come back in. Niveah (I hope I spelled that right) was my stylist and she treated me very well.
