Scheduled a roof estimate using their online scheduling program. Received email confirmation of date and time. Received text message and email the day before scheduled visit. I replied to both confirming my appointment. I took time off work to make it back home to meet Fivecoat Roofing to discuss new roof installation. Fivecoat Roofing never showed up. Fivecoat Roofing did a great job. They were very professional. David bid the job on what was needed to do it the right way. No low-ball bids then an up- sale to use the correct materials. The crew did a good job cleaning up when finished. Fantastic company, thanks for your help.
