Apply here at your own risk. I originally applied here for a specific apartment on their website, paid the applicable fees and deposit and, since I have great credit, thought the process would be a piece of cake. However, after my money was processed I got a call saying that the apartment I applied for (that was listed as available on their website) was already being leased out, and because of this, I was pushed to rent a more expensive apartment that was available.
