We recently brought in our purebred kitten and asked them to do take care of numerous things. Due to the negligence and not doing as I request my kitten now has a few serious medical issues, which are being addressed by a different vet! I’m not sure what happened in the line of communication of not calling me after her procedures and having to deal with snarky attitudes from the receptionists (terrible customer service), but it’s really upsetting to know they don’t listen to blunt requests. No I do not recommend them anymore... read more

Business response:

Cheyenne, I am sorry we didn't get the information correctly from you at the time we saw Stella. I did check your kitten for visible evidence of tapeworms; we would have needed feces for a more in depth look. Kittens can develop blood in the stool for a variety of reasons. As she did not have diarrhea or straining, coccidiosis (internal parasites) is unlikely the cause. Diet change, food intolerance, and dietary indiscretion are the more likely causes. We take all our fur babies here! They are friendly, helpful, and take good care of all our animals! We love having a vet that will take care of our dog but also our rabbits, ferrets, chinchillas and any other animal my kids decide to adopt! So far they have helped us keep all our pets healthy and happy! I love being able to go to one place and know they have us covered, and if for some reason they can’t help they make sure we get in with someone that can!

I called a few different vets comparing prices and ultimately chose to bring my kitty here based off of reviews, several friend/family recommendations, and the best quoted prices. I am happy that I did so because the service was not only quick, but very friendly and professional. I had all the expected nerves involved with taking my cat to the vet but they were very quickly soothed and I left without worry and felt comfortable trusting the people I was leaving my kitty with. The staff is absolutely wonderful and I'll be retu... read more

I can’t imagine why anyone would recommend this practice. Not only have my dogs been released still groggy from being spayed but the pickup times changed 3 times and the price doesn’t even add up to anything we were quoted!
