Got a vasectomy at 5 valleys, doctor was awesome, fast, knowledgeable and super friendly. I made my appointment and got in 3 days later. Don’t wait 4 months to get it done in Kalispell or Billings. They will fit you in if you need to get done if they have cancellations or time, they made room for me.
My husband and I met Dr. Karl Westenfelder this week. He was professional and courteous and gracious. I had tears because it made me so happy to see my husband treated with respect. I highly recommend Five Valleys Urology. The woman who scheduled our appointment was also great.
I've been to this office a few times, the staff is so nice. they don't treat you like your interrupting their day. the doctors are awesome, they take all the time you need to tell them your issues, and they truly listen.
It’s odd to refer to yourself as “Kidney Stone King”...speaks for who he is & how he sees himself...SAD. For him. & his “patients” Disappointed beyond words. KIDNEY STONE KING...sure....
The staff were very helpful. Theresa went out of her way to accommodate my schedule, finding me appointment space the very next day. I live in another city and Theresa was very patient giving me directions several times when I became lost, even coming outside to wave me in. Dr. Kronner explained the examination thoroughly and put me at my ease. My entire appointment took only 30-minutes, including waiting time. I would not hesitate to use their services again.
Dad saw Wicher, no bed side manner. Rude, know it all. Would not recommend.
