I currently live at 524 Angliana. And today I experienced the worst service from a member who answers the phone. They were extremely rude , trying to rush me off the phone when I have valid concerns about when I’m supposed to move. Just to turn around and tell me to do everything online which I didn’t know was even a thing that’s why I called . And she said instead of calling or emailing I need to do it online. My daughter *that just graduated in May 2025* wanted to move in to 524525 Angliana but she was told by the leasing agent that she needed a guarantor. I told her I would not cosign anything until she got a job. Today I found out that what actually happened was that a leasing agent told her she needed to go ahead and sign the lease to move in back [BACK IN MAY WHILENSHE WAS STILL A STUDENT] , and then they would email me the guarantor documents to sign???? I lived here in 2022’ and 23. It’s a fine apartment for a first time college student with no furniture but not great. Everything is cheaply built, I had mold in a room I was supposed to move into and in our pantry and they came and sprayed and painted over it. Horrible paint job in the bathroom floors, bathroom and bedroom were half painted and they thought we wouldn’t notice, and they charge you for EVERYTHING.
