The property is beautiful, but honestly, that’s the only positive thing I can say. I’ve been dealing with an issue with my apartment keys for over a week due to a problem with their system, and the staff has shown absolutely no sense of urgency or accountability. Every time I go to the office, it feels like no one knows what’s going on, and the person responsible is never there to actually resolve the issue. We are some of the cleanest girls you would ever know and we had a COCKROACH INFESTATION. We reported bugs last year and had one or two sprays that clearly didn’t seem to stop anything from getting worse. Management didn’t really help us with much except allowing us to move but only giving us 48 hours. We had to continually go to the leasing office to ask for updates regarding our situation. Spend the money to live elsewhere it will save you in the long run.
I wouldn’t recommend living here. Our apartment came newly renovated when we moved in. Every renovation is cheaply done which doesn’t reflect the amount you spend monthly (monthly parking and $130 utilities per person for 4 bedrooms). They sent emails out telling residents they would start charging fees for trash left out, but the trash compactor is always overflowing. Bugs are constantly in the apartment.
