The night clerk and other staff are great, polite, and kind. But the morning clerk is rude and hostile, and the continental breakfast is a shame
Water downed for repairs. Outside super loud with airport right next door, however rooms were indeed soundproof
Airline pilot here: I commute and use this place for overnight stays when needed. Though I am transferring bases and will likely not be here again. So, for my parting gift I just wanted to give this place the top marks that they have earned and say that this is the most comfortable stay anywhere in the NYC area that I have ever had. The only positive thing about our stay was the shuttle driver, Art. The room reeked of old cigarette smoke and was not the cleanest. The woman working the front desk in the morning was extremely rude and unpleasant. Would not recommend.
