We were directed to this hotel on 05/24/2024 because our flight was canceled at JFK. The room was excessively warm and the AC unit was not good enough. It had a dusty smell. The room was old dated and the pillow was bad. The night stand lamps did not work. The staff at the front desk were very short -- a bit rude. We asked them a confirmation of our stay to submit a claim and they refused (just to say we stayed there for our insurance). Don't even think about the "free" breakfast.
