I stayed for 11 days rooms were comfortable you have a fridge, ice machine they even have water and dryer. Plenty of stores in the area. Places to eat
We didn't feel we are in NY,
Dirty bathrooms.. had to change rooms because no one ever came to fix our non functioning toilet in 24 hrs. Hair on the floor and in the shower.
My sister unfortunately passed away on Friday which is when I had this reservation for which made my trip plans change. When I contacted the property for a refund they wouldn’t give me one. I fully understand your cancellation policy but you can’t force and act of God and have no empathy. Horrible customer service.
