I had an excellent experience at Five Towns Inn. I arrived after a very disappointing experience at a nearby Marriott property due to poor customer service, so I was honestly stressed and tired. From the moment I walked in, the staff completely turned my day around. They were incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. Clean, very nice, and confortable
フライトキャンセルによる航空会社に手配されたのでコストパフォーマンスでの評価は出来ないが、利用したマンハッタンのホテルに較べて以下の点が優れていた。 ・部屋が広い。 ・遮音が効いている（真上を飛行機が通過するが、ほとんど聞こえない）。 ・断熱が効いている。 ・シャワーの水圧が強い。 ・クラシックで落ち着く。 ・空港への24時間正時無料シャトルあり。
A sido una experiencia normal ya que a sido un hotel por una cancelación de un vuelo de American realmente la peor aerolínea!! A la hora del check out tienen una furgoneta gratis hacia el aeropuerto y te puedes servir un café gratis mientras esperas
While the room was okay. Bare bones, the front desk service was rude and petty. They only pick up from the airport at federal circle only one time per hour. I asked the front desk if they can drop me off at federal circle at 5am the next day and as soon I left my room at 4:57 am. They called me to tell me that the bus driver is waiting for me and told them that I’m on my way. As soon as I get downstairs, they told me that he left.
