The PETCT test for my heart was a smooth experience overall. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly, and they answered all my questions about the procedure. The only downside was the slight delay in my appointment time, but once it started, everything went efficiently. The imaging quality was top-notch, and my doctor was very pleased with the results. I had a PETCT test for my heart, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The staff was very professional and made me feel at ease throughout the process. The facility was clean and modern, and the technicians explained every step clearly, which really helped calm my nerves. In addition, I am a little claustrophobic and the open MRI allowed me to get through it feeling less confined. Front desk girls are awesome & Dr. Sokol is a great doctor with excellent work ethics. He explains your symptoms in a way that’s easy to understand. His staff is very friendly and helpful. I would absolutely recommend anyone to go to his office.
They need to work on their front desk attention. Whoever was on the phone doesn’t know how to properly answer questions, specially since the information about the test are not common knowledge and they just basically treat you like you’re dumb for even asking a simple question. Horrible experience.
