The only reason that I'm giving a rating at all is because of the legacy of this building. This is the most classiest, professionally managed hi rise residential in Michigan. Having said that, The Management from the property manager to the assistant property manager are left to be disired. They should do more about helping interested, qualified job applicants. Other than that they are as about as helpful as a " monkey in a banana boat", Not a good impression at all. The regional Management as well as the management company ... read more
The ONLY positive thing about this property is it's legacy. Since the early 1980's it has been one of the most professional, classiest managed hi rise buildings ever. Having said that, I don't know where they got this management company. The property management from the manager to the assistant manager are left to be desired, as well as the regional manager.
