I've been in this building for 10 years and they got a new girl who worked downstairs a little short girl who tried to flirt with me and smell like marijuana and sits on her phone all day I don't know how they hire people like this I really don't know I'm going to move soon
The only reason that I'm giving a rating at all is because of the legacy of this building. This 44 year old building was the most classiest, professionally managed hi rise residential in Michigan. Having said that, The Management from the property manager to the assistant property manager are left to be disired. They should do more about helping interested, qualified job applicants. The ONLY positive thing about this property is it's legacy. Since the early 1980's it has been one of the most professional, classiest managed hi rise buildings ever. Having said that, I don't know where they got this management company. The property management from the manager to the assistant manager are left to be desired, as well as the regional manager.
