The only positive thing about this property is it's legacy. Since the early 1980's it has been one of the most professional, classiest managed hi rise buildings ever. Having said that, I don't know where they got this management company. The property management from the manager to the assistant manager are left to be desired. No interest in assisting possible Job applicants. They are about as helpful as a "monkey in a banana boat" Not a positive impression at all
Absolutely wonderful place to reside. The staff is magnificent. The views are out of this world and the surroundings are absolutely fantastic.
I am going to say this again. I had the pleasure of working at this very professional, classy Hi Rise Residential Community in the early 1980's. This is the best Hi Rise Residential Property in Michigan. Having said that I would love the opportunity of being part of the team again. This is one of the most professional, classiest Hi Rise Residential properties that I have had the pleasure of working at in the early 1980's. I am interested in finding out from the association/ owner if there is a chance that you could consider opening up more job positions. I realize and have been in contact over the years with your current property manager. Yet I have noticed no change in personal. Interested in being part of the team again. Thank You in advance.
