They claimed credit for a dramatic drop in my property tax bill, but failed to be upfront about the real reason behind it: my home had suffered severe water damage and was completely gutted — something the appraisal district clearly took into account. Don't even pick up the phone to call these people. They will promise you the world and won't deliver. This is a scam!!!! My wife and I hired this company after hearing them advertise on a Christian radio station. We thought we could trust them... Nope! Once they got our commitment to pay them over 10K to "represent us" they asked us to do all the leg work.
