Don't not choose them to manage your property. I told them I would like to either sell or rent out my property. I hired a realtor and hired them. My realtor got an offer on my condo before accepting it I told them. 5 star then lied or severely miscommunicated ( I think it's the former) and told me they basically had a person ready to rent. Do not use this company as a property management company. They moved tenants in our place and allowed them to smoke and trash our place. The inspections they claimed they do were non existent. The smoke smell was noticeable as soon as you entered. Furniture trashed. The tenants fought non stopped. We got fined many times and our neighbors of the unit hated us. We literally had to replace everything. Nothing was done by Five Star until it was too late and their only response was "I'm sorry from the owner Michelle." We lost mo... read more
Worst property management company we’ve ever had as property owners. They neglected the property so that by the time the tenants moved out, the property was trashed, literally. They also allowed the tenants to steal appliances and did nothing about it. As an investment property, they allowed us lose money on this investment. They’ve definitely cured us of ever hiring property management companies ever again.
