Worst property management company we’ve ever had as property owners. They neglected the property so that by the time the tenants moved out, the property was trashed, literally. They also allowed the tenants to steal appliances and did nothing about it. As an investment property, they allowed us lose money on this investment. They’ve definitely cured us of ever hiring property management companies ever again.
Did some work for them and I was skeptical doing work for a company that is 4-states away. But I did the job and they actually paid as discussed.
