They overfilled my nails to remove the gel and left my nails so thin and red that they hurt. Proper removal should not damage your natural nails like this. Instead of addressing the issue, they blamed me and said I had requested full removal, then tried to sell me a product to repair the damage, without even offering it as a courtesy or a reimbursement of my fees. I see now that others have left similar reviews. I should’ve read them first.
My mom’s nails are hurting because of them. My mom went in to have her biogel nails removed, and the staff person over-filed her natural nails, leaving them extremely thin and painful. She can’t do house work. What made it worse was the response: rather than taking responsibility or offering a refund, they tried to blame my mom by saying she asked to have the nails removed completely. I stopped my nail service because my natural nails were being filed too thin. I left the salon and went to Shoppers to buy a nail strengthener. One of the salon staff followed me into the store and repeatedly asked me to come back and continue to doing my nails. I felt uncomfortable being followed for several minutes. Clients should be able to stop a service and leave without being followed
