HUUUUUGE thank you to Paul, and all the rest for taking care of our baby, and getting 14 year old spark plugs out, without any problems, on a car known for issues for the plugs because of bad designing. You guys have never ceased to amaze us with the fantastic work you have always done for us. We really do appreciate you!! Friendly staff and a very clean store. I knew I'd have a wait time (oil change etc) and it was way less of a wait then I expected, was in and out in LESS than an hour. Huge plus for me. I'd recommend 5 Star Auto Care to my friends
I think I was recently scammed at this place. Was told my control arms, which were replaced by them 3 years ago, had been cheap ones with no warranty were now shot again. Thing is the vehicle is still making the exact noise I took it in for over a month ago! Scammed at over $500. Will NEVER go back!!!
Customer service went to crap.
I've never had anything short of outstanding service at this shop. They're honest and do what they can to save you the most money on parts and tires. The employees treat you like family. I recommend this shop to all!!
