I have been wanting to try Pilates reformer for a while. So glad I finally made it to class. Really enjoyed my experience at Five STarr. Raquel really gave us a good workout. We worked muscles that we might not get to focus on using other modalities. Definitely will go back!

It was my first time there, and my first time doing a cycling class in over 10 years. I went in feeling very intimidated and Sara, the instructor just made me feel so comfortable and at ease. I made it through the spin class, even though I died about 50 times. Came out feeling great! The staff there is wonderful. It's very clean and I'll def be back!! Actually, I can't wait for my next class.
I thought I would take a few classes and be done, but Johnny motivates me to keep coming.... I love this place and Johnny is awesome!!!!
Two words: Fitness Family. I have taken classes here for over three years now. I have truly met friends here that have been like family to me. Spinning to me, is a celebration of life and placing yourself first. Love the instructors and cannot thank the owner Starr enough for providing this fitness environment.
