Do not go! They damaged my car! I have been going here for years to go through the car wash and never had a problem... until the last time I went. My car went through the car wash and was being dried and stuff by 3 guys when they started cursing at eachother, which eventually turned into a FIGHT IN MY CAR. The one guy tried to hit the other by lunging through my car! I was shocked! I yelled for them to get out of my car and ran inside to get the cashier so someone else was aware. Just got a full interior detail, oil change, and car wash done today at Five Star. Very happy with the results, great job!
This place used to be the best in the area but has gone down hill. I'm driving my just washed car home and need to vacuum it again and clean the glass. Isn't this why I took it to the car wash? This is not the first time this past year. Disappointed in the drop I service and will likely need to find a new spot.
Nice place to get a car wash. The reason I gave it 3 stars is they do offer a 10% discount for police, fire and military, however you have to be in uniform to get the discount. So you could have 10, 20 or even 30 years in and unless you're in uniform they don't want to give you the discount.
