We were set-up in there old system ran a load with no issues back in May 2024. Ran the load without any problems. They switched over to a new carrier setup system with Highway. And all the suddenly we weren't approved because our phone # updated and safety scores? Although I called them with the my old phone number and the MC has been in existence since 2013.
